Before filing a claim, please call our office to review your coverages. The Insurance Industry defines a “cliam” is any attempt to collect from the insurance carrier. Calling to file a claim only to find out the damage is less than your deductible still constitutes a claim. A zero paid claim can still be damaging to your claims record and affect future rates. We prefer to know the loss will be covered before involving the insurance company, and we like to help our clients through the process.
